This is a non asbestos packing, braided from a combination of pure aramid fibre and PTFE fibre. This blend provides a combination of good abrasive strength, thermal conductivity and good wear resistance.
Service conditions:
This packing is recommended for high pressure applications against corrosive chemicals, alkalies, acids, petrochemical, detergents, pharmaceutical, food and distilleries. This packing can be used in the pumps handling liquid Ammonia solutions.
