This is a non asbestos packing, braided from synthetic fibers made from Pure Aramid material. These fibers are extremely strong and smooth. These fibers are treated with special quality high temperature resistant lubricant. This packing is made to withstand granular, gritty and viscous fluids under high temperature and pressure conditions. This packing has high resistant fibers and hence avoids frequent changes and adjustments. This packing has a exceptional characteristic of maintaining its dimensional stability under its service conditions. Due to this property the packing does not exert pressure on the sleeve and hence increases the life of the sleeve.

Service conditions:
Seals any solvents, mild acids, alkalis, oils, pharmaceuticals and petrochemicals.
This packing is very suitable for pumps carrying gritty water, for sewerage application and solvent pumps.
